LISMAR grinder control
For the management of the roll grinder, Lismar uses its own Lismar grinder control, type LGC6011. This control, proven in field over the last 15 years, is used in many applications. The LGC6011 is a normal industrial PC running the main machine interface and also controls the roll grinder operation as a whole. The LGC6011 has direct access and control over the calliper measuring device, if installed on the grinding machine.
This way grinding and correction on-the-fly is guaranteed. One of the main LGC6011 features is the full logging of the grinder operation allowing remote analyzing of machine and operator errors. Every command of electronics and operator is logged. The log files could be analyzed with a special office programme either at the customer's office or by Lismar engineers via remote access. An automatic maintenance programme is developed to manage the correct maintenance programme of the roll grinder.
