Lubrication, calibrating ring for caliper, dressing unit, revolving spring counter plate and increase of the centre height could be part of the project. The steady rests can be inspected, reworked and reinstalled. These steady rests could be equipped with hydro dynamical or hydrostatical upperparts, minimum quantity lubrication and chock reliefs.
