LISMAR Automatic Roll Inspection System
A LISMAR Automatic Roll Inspection System could be installed and integrated into the grinder control to form part of the grinding routine. After the grinding of a roll the complete dimensional measuring results as well as the Eddy Current, Ultrasonic and Ultrasonic Surface Wave inspection results are saved for historical purposes and anytime retrieval.
With this LISMAR Automatic Roll Inspection System, the surface and subsurface inspection can be carried out simultaneously and the test results are displayed real time on the display.
Combined roll testing is applied for both cast and forged rolls. The LISMAR Automatic Roll Inspection System with DATAMES Software will build the roll history from start till scrap diameter.
